It is illegal to kill someone, its illegal to use or posses drugs and its illegal to be here in the US without proper documentation. Many who are deported, are back within 72 hours. While doing some training with the LAPD a couple years ago, and before General order 40 stopped them from reporting illegals to ICE, i watched one fellow be deported. Three days later, the officer I was riding with and I saw him on the streets. Pulled over and he laughed and said he got back the night before. Its all a game, the sad part of the game is, the American Taxpayer is footing the bill for medical, welfare and such.
