I understand my business, obviously. What I want help with is learning what I can deduct as business expenses, the best way to have my LLC taxed, how to use my Tax ID #, etc.
Should I just hire a CPA or Tax Attorney? I'll need a CPA eventually anyway…

Your deductions would be expense associated with producing income. Keep good records of everything, receipts, etc. You can get a lot of information from IRS web site. There are several publications that will help you understand deductions. Some people like to be hands on when it comes to taxes while others just keep records and turn it over to their tax person to take care of. Basically, are you better off spending your time with taxes or would your time be better spent on some other part of the business?
