First you have to know what you have for sale and go from there. I'm a nurse and my sister is a CPA so we opened a small care home for folks that needed assistance. We first called the state to learn all the do and don't --like all the rules . We found a house that allowed room for seven residents and stock it with what was needed. So sis took care of the business part and I with some CNAS we hired took care of the clients. We had to advertise only for a while because we took good care of our clients so word of mouth gave us all the business we could handle. Its was very confining business and we had to be very dedicated but it paid very well. Good luck with you endeavor.
